How to report an error
Email us through our Contact page with the URL of the page, the statement you believe is wrong and, if possible, a source that shows the correct information.
What happens next
- We review every correction request and check it against the original sources and, where relevant, official guidance.
- Reports about safety information are reviewed first.
- If the information is wrong or out of date, we correct the page and update its “last updated” date.
- Significant corrections, such as a changed recommendation, figure or safety point, are noted at the end of the article with the date and a short description of what changed.
- Minor fixes such as typos or broken links are corrected without a note.
Product changes and recalls
Products, specifications and safety notices change. When we learn that a product we mention has been changed, discontinued or recalled, we update or remove the reference.
