As part of my own personal Get Fit challenge, I needed to find an exercise program. As a mother of three kids, I cannot afford to go to the gym, nor can I schedule in the time. I need to be able to work out when I can fit it in. For example, today when I noticed that my kids were really involved in the game they were playing, I did a quick Cardio Dance Class (23 minutes). I learned how to Salsa dance.
I love that with Workouts on Demand, I have so many choices of workouts. You can choose from Premier Workouts or Express Ones. Workout choices include, Pilates Mat, Yoga & Meditation, Total Body Toning, Cardio Dance, Cardio Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, Stability Ball, and Low Impact Aerobics. There are over 170 video classes and over 50 of them are great for beginners, like me! I get bored easily, so having a different type of work out each day is a major plus. I also like that I don’t have to try and see around people in order to see the instructor. And if I look like a dork doing it, no one will see it except my family.
Workouts on Demand can be streamed to your computer, tablet, or TV (If you have LG-TV). I do not have LG-TV and my internet is horrible. This was an easy fix. I downloaded my workouts, so that I wouldn’t have to pause when my streaming is interrupted. I also bought an HTMI cable and am able to easily plug my computer into my TV. But, if our TV is being used, I can just take my computer or tablet into the other room. I can work out in any room in the house!
