Tree Hopper Toys

One thing that I like to work on with my kids, is improving their memory skills. We often take this for granted, but memory skills are incredibly important for school success. You can fully understand something, but do poorly on a test because you don’t remember it. We use our memory retrieval on a constant basis, and exercising that skill can be one of the best gifts you can give your child.

We have all played the game Memory before. It’s fun and so beneficial for kids. Tree Hopper Toys makes the cutest version of this game called Match Stacks. They are made from sustainable hard wood and are handcrafted. Each set  is designed  to not only increase memory through matching, but it also works on vocabulary, spatial, verbal, and logic skills. I love that it does all that without a single battery or fancy lights.
