Are you the type of person who has trouble getting motivated to live healthier? I find that I do really well in the beginning, especially when something is new. But what happens when I am sick of this exercise, or that diet plan? And who really is going to hold me accountable? Not my husband or kids.

Step it up with Steph

When I was single, I used to go to the gym with friends. I even had a personal trainer for a while. Then, I got married and had kids. No time for the gym, let alone a personal trainer. But I still can be worthy of losing weight.  That is, until I discovered  Step It Up with Steph.

Stephanie Mansour has a rich background working with women to achieve their weight loss goals. She was featured on a Chicago reality show where she helped a woman lose 80 pounds in 12 weeks. She is a certified personal trainer and certified Yoga & Pilates Instructor. But, most importantly, she focuses on helping you create the mindset you need in order to achieve the body you want. (She has a BA in communications with an emphasis in psychology and women’s studies.)

I am super excited, because myself and one of my readers gets to be part of a new 30 Day Jumpstart Program in February. This 30 day holistic program includes way more than what I got when I had a personal trainer at the gym! The program includes a daily video tutorial; including yoga and Pilates. It has food and drink guidelines. It includes a workbook to support you in your efforts. But, most importantly it has personal support; in the form of weekly calls, a private Facebook Group, and daily affirmations.
