4 aromatic baths and natural softeners

To soften and moisturize the skin, to make it more radiant and supple, there is nothing better than the aromatic baths. If you have the tub you can soak your entire body (including hair), if you have the shower you can decide to act locally (for example, by the foot bath, or sponge bath, you can dip your hands, elbows or hair) or make an aromatic shower putting herbs in a cotton bag (just a square of muslin to be closed with a string) and then hang it under the jet of hot water shower.

1) Bathroom softening milk

Add a glass of whole milk you left to brew two bags of chamomile for 2 hours to bath water or put 3 tablespoons of milk powder with 50 g of chamomile flowers in a bag

2) Toning bath balm

Make an infusion of lemon balm putting a handful of lemon balm leaves in a pint of water boiling and let it rest for 10 minutes. Add to bath water. Or, put a handful of lemon balm leaves in a bag to hang the shower

3) Soothing bath with camomile

Make an infusion of chamomile to be added to bath water or hang two chamomile tea bags to the shower

4) Illuminating the bathroom and softening Rosemary, blackberry leaves and lemon balm

Make an infusion with: a handful of leaves of blackberry, a handful of lemon balm leaves and a few sprigs of rosemary in 1.5 liters of boiling water. Let stand and filtered. Add to bath water. Or, put the herbs in a bag to hang under the jet of hot water shower.
